Mr. Tom’s right. Trouble is that the text on the box appears to be a bizarre synopsis of the plot for Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island rather than having anything to do with SMB3.

Yep… The GBA port of Yoshi’s Island is Super Mario Advance 3, so they probably got confused between Super Mario Advance 3 and Super Mario Bros. 3.
